Development of Industrial Economics Theory

产业安全是实现国家经济安全与发展的基础,是一国政府制定产业政策,进行经济干预最基本的出发点。产业安全理论的产生重新界定了产业经济学的研究范畴,将原有的产业组织理论、产业结构理论、产业布局理论和产业政策理论四部分扩展为包括产业安全理论在内的五部分内容。构建产业安全理论,不仅有助于产业安全维护实践,也有助于进一步优化产业结构与产业布局,提高产业竞争力,进而推动产业组织、产业结构、产业布局等产业经济学理论的发展。产业安全理论体系的形成既是对产业经济学框架的拓展,也是对产业经济学理论的创新发展。
