芩连片的溶出度研究

Study on dissolution of Qinlian tablets

目的对不同厂家的芩连片进行溶出速率测定，考察其质量。方法用紫外分光光度法检测提取参数并对参数进行相关性研究。结果经过统计学处理，表明部分产品溶出参数差异具有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论芩连片有必要增加溶出度检查以控制质量。

Objective To investigate the quality and the dissolution of Qinlian tablets from different manufactures. Methods Rotative basket method was used for the determination of extraction parameters and the investigation of relationship. Results The dissolvable parameters of the drugs had a significantly statistical difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is necessary to control the quality of Qinlian tablets by the method of dissolution.
