“E”型桩＋烤瓷冠修复前牙冠折达龈下的临床效果

The clinical effects of the ＂E＂ type core - post combine with porcelain crown repairing the anterior teeth of sub - gingival crown fracture

目的设计一种“E”型桩并观察“E”型桩＋烤瓷冠修复前牙冠折达龈下的临床效果。方法33例前牙冠折达龈下患者常规行根管治疗后，制作“E”型桩和带翼金属烤瓷冠，并进行3年随访观察。结果33例患者中28例烤瓷冠固位稳定，牙周健康。有3例（2颗牙）患者桩冠修复2年后松动，2例患者牙根有Ⅰ度松动，经处理后，效果稳定。结论“E”型桩＋烤瓷冠能很好地修复冠折达龈下的前牙。

Object Design a kind of ＂ E＂ type core - post and observe the clinical effect of the ＂E＂ type core - post combine with porcelain crown repairing the anterior teeth of sub - gingival crown fracture. Methods 33 Patients with anterior teeth of sub - gingival crown fracture were treated by the ＂ E＂ type core - post combine with winged - porcelain after a root - canal treatment, and carried on for 3 years with visit an observation. Results The porcelain crowns of 28 patients had a solid stability and healthy periodontal tissues. However , 3（2 teeth） porcelain crowns were loosened and 2 patients appeared a Ⅰ degree tooth - loose after 2 years. Conclusion The ＂ E＂ type core - post combine with winged - porcelain could repair patients with anterior teeth of sub - gingival crown fracture very good.
