运动疗法在膝骨性关节炎治疗中的应用 被引量:20

Application of Exercise Therapy in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的:观察运动疗法对膝骨性关节炎的治疗效果,促进其临床应用。方法:40例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和运动疗法组,每组患者20例,对照组予以西乐葆口服治疗4周,运动疗法组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上加用运动疗法治疗。治疗结束后1周,采用Lequesne制订的膝关节骨性关节炎严重度指数进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后两组患者的症状均得到改善,运动疗法组在最大行走距离、日常活动能力的改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法在膝骨性关节炎的治疗上疗效确切且简便易行,值得临床推广应用。 Objectives:This paper sought to observe the curative effect of exercise therapy on knee osteoarthritis,which would promote the clinical application of exercise therapy to treat knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Forty KOA patients were randomized into groups A(20 cases) and groups B(20 cases).Groups A was treated with celecoxib for 4 successive weeks and groups B was additionally treated with exercise therapy.One week after the treatment,the therapeutic effect in both groups was evaluated according to Lequesne index.Results:After the treatment,the symptoms were relieved in both groups.But in the improvement of maximum walk distance and daily activities,group B was better than group A(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Exercise therapy is simple and effective to treat KOA,and should be recommended to clinical application.
