Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for the treatment of upper ureter calculi

目的探讨后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的技术要点及临床价值。方法回顾应用后腹腔镜行输尿管切开取石85例的临床资料。结果85例手术均获成功，无并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术是治疗输尿管中、上段结石安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the technical detail of retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy and evaluate its clinical effect. Methods The clinical data of 85 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopie ureterolithotomywere analyzed retrospectively. Results All the operations succeeded, no complicationwas observed. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy is safe and effective in treatingproximal ormiddle ureteral calculi.
