摘要
通过对塔形毛白杨CV-BJHR01(Populus tomentosa Carr.cv‘BJHROl')的组织培养技术进行研究,建立了以叶片为外植体的有效组织培养再生体系,为塔形毛白杨cV-BJHRO1开发利用和全面推广奠定了基础,也为相应的基因工程育种提供了有效的技术保证。
According to research of tissue culture technique of Populus tomentosa Cart. cv ＇BJHR01＇ , effective regeneration systems based on expiants of leaf are built as a foundation for the plant＇ s development and utilization, and a valid technical assurance for breeding of gene engineering.
