摘要
为了解脑益嗪是否可通过改善脑血流、提高大脑觉醒程度及稳定性而发挥抗运动病作用。给予大鼠及家兔旋转刺激,观察脑益嗪对旋转刺激后大鼠脑电功率谱和家兔脑血流图的影响。结果表明旋转刺激引起大鼠G及G/(α+β)增加,家兔脑血流图基波峰值降低,而脑益嗪可逆转这种改变。实验证明,脑益嗪可抗运动病。
To probe whether the anti - motion sickness effect of cinnarzine is also related to its effects of improving cerebral blood flow and raising the level of cerebral arousal and stability. Rats and rabbits were stimulated with rotation, influences of cinnarizine were then observed on EEG power spectra of rats and cerebral blood flow of rabbits after this rotatory stimulation. Results showed that rotatory stimulation induced incerase of GS and GS/(α+13) in rats and decrease of cerebral blood flow in rabbits, cinnarizine could reverse these changes.The experiment proved that cinnarizine could prevent the motion-sickness.
