亚麻/棉转杯纺混纺纱的生产实践

Production of spinning flax/cotton yarn on rotor spinning frame

以58.3 tex亚麻/棉65/35转杯纺混纺纱为例,根据原料的性能特点,分析纺纱工艺配置情况,合理调节前纺工艺,控制好车间温湿度,制备出合乎要求的熟条;确定转杯纺关键纺机器材的纺杯速度、分梳辊速度、工艺风压等合理的工艺参数。实践表明,这些工艺参数对亚麻/棉混纺纱的性能有较大的影响,在生产中应重点控制。

According to the characteristics and the performances of flax fiber,flax/cotton 65/35 58.3 tex rotor spinning yarn was took for example. In order to produce the slivers to meet the demand, arrangement of spinning processing was analysed, pro-spinning processing was regulated reasonably and temperature ＆ humidity in the workshop were controlled. Reasonable technical parameter of rotor speed, carding roller speed and wind pressure were adopted in the key textile machinery equipment. The quality of the blended yarn is very good. The practice shows that the rotor speed, carding roller speed and wind pressure have great impact on performance of flax/cotton rotor spinning yarn and need to be controled as a key in production.
