介绍了色织竹浆纤维/羊毛绒织物的工艺设计与生产过程。利用竹浆纤维原纤化特点,从原料、设计、工艺、结构、规格、花型到产品,进行了工艺方面的探索,阐述了生产工艺流程,关键生产技术及工艺参数,确保织物质量的主要技术措施,使竹浆纤维/羊毛绒织物具有毛织物的绒感,手感柔软、绒毛短密、布面丰满有弹性,缩水率小。花型配色柔和大方,对今后生产该类产品具有一定的借鉴作用。

With the characteristic of wool/bamboo fiber, it is introduced that the design and production process of bamboo fiber and wool velveteen colored woven cloth in this paper, including all the steps from material, design, technique, structure, pattern to production. In order to ensure the quality of fabrics, the key production technique and parameter are studied so as to make the final products has follow styles and characteristics ： floss handle of aba, low shrinkage and so on. The proper pattern and color schemes are helpful to produce the kind of products later.
