统计了近几年澳毛条和国毛条麻丙丝含量情况,从原料毛条、设备状况、工艺操作和车间环境等方面分析了毛精纺坯布呢面草屑、麻丙丝多的原因,并重点提出了调整原料标准、保证车间温湿度环境、优化复精梳工艺操作、加强复精梳设备保养调试及在生产中的创新实践等方面的措施办法,对实际生产有积极的指导作用。

This article made a statistics of the PP fiber content situation in both merino and domestic wool top. It analyzed the following reasons of burrs and PP fiber appeared in the surface of wool worsted greige fabric, which included raw material, equipment situation, technological process, operation level and mill environment. It put forward key points to solute this problem, including changing material inspecting standard, keeping mill temperature and humidity in good condition, making the optimization of recombing technological process, enhancing the maintenance and adjustment of re-combing equipment, and making innovations in actual producing control. The article is useful in actual production of wool worsted mills.
