摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Mg_xCu_(1-x)Al_2O_4系列催化剂,并用XRD技术对其结构进行表征,结果表明,不同Cu取代的Mg_xCu_(1-x)Al_2O_4试样具有相同的尖晶石晶体结构,对苯酚甲醇烷基化制备邻甲酚有较高的催化效果。当反应温度达到500℃时,Mg_(0.5)Cu_(0.5)Al_2O_4催化甲醇烷基化效果最好,邻甲酚收率最高,达90.27%。
A series of MgAl2O4 spinels were prepared by a co-precipitation method, characterized with XRD and studied in the alkylation of phenol with methanol for the production of o-cresol. The results showed that Cu substitution for Mg did not change the structure of the spinel; the spinels gave excel- lent performance in the reaction. At 500℃, Mg0.5Cu0.5Al2O4 exhibited the best results, with 90.27% yield of o-cresol.
