摘要
合成了聚乙二醇型酸性离子液体,考察了其催化合成2-(氨基苯)六氟异丙醇的影响因素。结果表明,当芳环上连有吸电子基时不利于反应的进行,连有推电子基则利于反应;当取代基处于对位时,则阻碍反应的进行。在六氟丙酮三水合物用量为60 mmol、芳香胺用量为30 mmol、PEG型酸性离子液体为催化剂(用量3.5 g)时,104℃反应6.5~40 h,得到了12种2-(氨基苯)六氟异丙醇,收率43.8%~97.8%。该离子液体催化剂可重复使用多次。
Two acidic PEG ionic liquids were prepared and used as the catalysts for the synthesis of 2-aromatic amide hexafluoroisopropanols. The influencing factors of the reaction were studied. The results showed that the reaction was accelerated by the electron-donating substituting groups, but decreased by the electron-withdrawing substituting groups, and the reaction was inhibited with substitution at p position. Twelve compounds were obtained with 43.8%- 97.8% yields under the following conditions. 60 mmol HFA · 3H2O, 30 mmol aromatic amine, 3.5 g PEG ionic liquid, 104 ℃ and reaction time 6.5 -40 h. The PEG ionic liquids could be reused and showed no appreciable decrease in activity.
