衣康酸/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸二元共聚物油井水泥缓凝剂制备及性能 被引量:9

摘要 采用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)与衣康酸(IA)进行二元共聚反应合成了一种油井水泥缓凝剂。用正交实验法确定了最佳合成方案:反应温度80℃,w(引发剂)=1.5%,单体配比m(IA):m (AMPS)=1:2.7,反应时间1 h。采用IR研究了共聚物的结构并探讨了缓凝剂作用机理。结果表明:合成的共聚物对水泥浆有优异的高温缓凝作用,能显著延长水泥浆的稠化时间,具有良好的分散作用和抗钙性能。 An oil cement retarder was synthesized by copolymerizing itaconie acid and 2-acrylamido-2- methylpropanesulfonic acid. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows. 1.5 % initiator in monomers,monomer ratio of m(itaconic acid) : m(2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid) = 1 : 2.7, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 1 h. The structure of the copolymer was characterized with IR. The results indicated that the synthesized copolymer has an outstanding retardation at high temperatures, good dispersion function and salt-resistant properties to the cement slurry, and can remarkably retard the thickening time of cement slurry.
