摘要
制备了3种MgCl_2/SiO_2复合载体型Zielger-Natta催化剂,研究了其催化乙烯聚合性能。结果表明:在m(SiO_2):m(MgCl_2)=1:1时,所得催化剂的聚合活性较高。该催化剂在n(Al):n(Ti)=100:1时,均聚活性可达3.72×10~3g/(g·h),且聚合速率稳定,衰减缓慢;可以生产密度为0.933~0.885 g/cm^3的聚乙烯;其氢调敏感性较好,随氢气分压的增加,聚合物M_w在(78.1~23.0)×10~4范围内变化。
Three kinds of catalysts were prepared by tuning the mass ratio of SiO2 to MgCl2 and the activities of the catalysts were evaluated. The SMT-2 catalysts have a high efficiency when m(SiO2 ) : m (MgCl2) is 1 : 1. The performance of the catalyst SMT-2 was investigated in terms of the polymerization activity, the ability of copolymerization and the response to hydrogen. The results indicated that the polymerization activity is 3.72×10^3 g/(g · h) when n(Al) : n(Ti) is 100 : 1. The copolymerization ability is very good. Through changing the dosage of 1-hexene, the density of LLDPE between 0. 933 and 0. 885 g/cm^3 is obtained. The response of SMT-2 to hydrogen is sensitive and the molecule weight of the polymer can be tuned between 78. 1× 10^4 and 23.0 × 10^4 by increasing the pressure of hydrogen.
