摘要
研究了在亚临界甲醇相Hβ分子筛催化酯交换反应制备生物柴油的反应条件。结果表明,在n(甲醇): n(油脂)=12.5:1、催化剂用量为油脂质量的5%、反应温度300℃、反应时间2 h条件下,收率92.8%。为了在低醇油摩尔比时获得较高生物柴油收率,在第1次酯交换结束后,分出甘油,再加入甲醇继续进行第2次酯交换反应。在相同条件下,两次酯交换反应制备生物柴油的收率均高达98%。
A solid acid catalyst was evaluated in the esterification/transesterification of fatty oil with methanol. The one-step acid-catalyzed transesterification by Hβ zeolite catalyst under methanol subcritical conditions was investigated. Biodiesel with the best yield of 92.8% was obtained at methanol/oil molar ratio of 12.5 : 1; Hβ zeolite catalyst concentration (based on the weight of fatty oil) of 5%reaction temperature 300℃ and reaction time 2.0 h. To reduce the methanol/oil molar ratio remarkably, glycerin was separated and the oils were transesterified continuously, which is called di-transesterification. The results showed that 98~//00 yield of biodiesel in the di-transesterification could be achieved.
