摘要
研究了正丙醇和碳酸二乙酯在CH_3COOK/Al_2O_3固体碱催化剂上液相酯交换合成碳酸乙丙酯的过程。采用CO_2-TPD对催化剂的性质进行了表征,结果表明,CH_3COOK/Al_2O_3催化剂上的强碱中心是催化剂的活性中心。在乙酸钾负载量为20%时,CH_3COOK/Al_2O_3对碳酸二乙酯和正丙醇酯交换反应的催化活性最好。在n(碳酸二乙酯):n(正丙醇)=1:2、反应温度403 K、反应时间4 h条件下,碳酸二乙酯的转化率和碳酸乙丙酯的选择性分别达到74.96%和71.13%。
The transesterification of diethyl carbonate with propanol in liquid phase was conducted for the synthesis of ethyl propyl carbonate over CH3COOK/Al2O3. CO2-TPD technology was used to characterize the base properties of the catalysts. The results indicated that the strong basic sites of CH3COOK/Al2O3 were the active centers for the transesterification of diethyl carbonate with n-propanol. The effect of CH3 COOK loading on the activity of the catalyst was investigated. When the loading amount of CH3COOK was 20% (mass), the catalyst exhibited the highest catalytic activity. Under the optimal conditions, i. e. , n(diethyl carbonate) : n(n-propanol) 1 : 2, reaction temperature 403 K and time 4 h, diethyl carbonate conversion and the selectivity to ethyl propyl carbonate were 74.96% and 71.13%, respectively.
