摘要 汽车防抱死制动系统是保证汽车制动安全性能的重要执行机构。为弥补现有汽车制动系统的不足,设计出一种新型汽车液压制动系统HBS,并采用AMESim软件建立仿真实验模型,验证了HBS的正确性和有效性,分析了比例阀和高压阀各结构参数对HBS动态性能的影响,为HBS系统的设计、改进及预测提供依据。 Anti-lock brake system is important for the safe driving of vehicle. In order to improve anti-lock brake system, the software named AMESim was used to establish the model of a part of the brake system. The dynamic characteristic and the influences of design value on performance were analyzed. This is helpful for design of vehicle anti-lock brake system HBS.
