摘要
热电联产机组是节能发电调度工作的难点之一,作为节能发电调度试点省份的河南省为解决这一问题,开展了"热电联产机组在线监测与调度支持系统"的研究和建设。结合该系统的研究实践对热电联产机组供热工况图数字化、热电关系信息库结构设计、调度区间及性能指标通用计算模型研究、次日发电出力计划预测方法等研究内容进行了论述;介绍了系统的主要功能及在节能发电调度工作中的实际应用情况,对系统投入使用后所取得的应用效果进行了对比分析。
Cogeneration power unit is one of the difficulties in energy-saving power generation and dispatching. A research and construction, "the Online Monitoring and Dispatch Support System". was performed in Henan to solve this problem. Based on the research and practice of the snpport system, several issues were discussed such as digitizing the operating condition chart, designing the structure of information base for heat-power relationship, huihting the general calculation model for dispatch interval and performance index, determining the method of next-day power output project prediction, etc. Combined with the main function and practical application of such system, a comparative research was performed to show the significant effect in energy-saving power generation and dispatching.
