Research on dispatch training base construction scheme for Jiangxi Power Grid

在贯彻落实《国家电网公司实训基地建设指导意见》的基础上,提出调度运行仿真实训基地建设规划。分析江西电网调度系统人员现状,提出优化整合现有调度培训资源,建设江西电网调度仿真实训基地、电网调度通用实训室及相应的培训考核评价体系、资料管理平台等,并对实训基地建设方案进行了详细的阐述。对推进调度实训基地建设、技能人才队伍建设和高技术人才培养等方面提供有效的借鉴。

On the guideline of the ＂Guiding Opinions on Training Base Construction＂ ordained by the State Grid Corporation, this paper proposed a scheme for promoting the construction of training base for dispatchers. Based on analysis of the staff status in Jiangxi power dispatch center and optimization of the existing dispatch-training resources, the construction scheme of dispatch-training base for Jiangxi power grid was discussed in the paper, which included the building of general dispatch -training room, corresponding training evaluation system, information management platform, and so on. The scheme in this paper can provide beneficial references for other provincial grid corporations in the process of dispatch- training base construction.
