癫痫患儿血白细胞介素-1β、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨癫痫的免疫学发病机制。方法:选择原发性全身型癫痫呈强直和(或)阵挛发作患儿60例为研究对象,分为服用苯巴比妥、卡马西平及未服药3组,测定其外周血单核细胞(PBMC)在植物血凝素(PHA)的作用下释放白细胞介素1β(IL1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)的量及血清TNFα、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL2R)的含量,并与对照组比较。结果:3组癫痫患儿间各指标含量均无显著性差异(P均>0.05),但均明显高于对照组(P<0.05~0.001)。结论:癫痫患儿PBMC释放IL1β、TNFα的量及血清SIL2R、TNFα含量的明显增高可能是由于细胞免疫异常等所致,其增高的幅度与是否进行抗癫痫治疗。 Objective:To investigate the immunity mechanism of epilepsy.Methods:Sixty childhood patients with primary rigidity or clonic epilepsy were included in this study.Patients were divided into pentobarbital treated group,carbamazepine treated group,and nontreated group.Interleukin1β(IL1β) and tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα) released from peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC),induced by phytohaemagglutinin (PHA),were determined.Serum TNFα and soluble interleukin2R (SIL2R) levels were also measured in those patients.They were compared to those in controls.Results:No significant differences in IL1β,TNFα release from PBMC and serum TNFα,SIL2R levels among 3 groups in patients (all P>005),but all of them were significantly higher in 3 groups than those in the controls (P<005~0001).Conclusions:The significant elevation of IL1β,TNFα release from PBMC and serum TNFα,SIL2R levels in epileptic patients may be associated with abnormality of cellmediated immunity,but the magnitude of cytokine formation appears not to be related to the use of antiepilepsy drugs and course of diseases.
