摘要
报告了1例汶川地震致肠外瘘患者行肠瘘快速治疗期间的护理。通过腹腔敞开创面的护理,腹腔双套管引流的管理,早期完全胃肠外营养联合生长抑素治疗,感染控制后肠内营养联合生长激素治疗,加强心理支持和健康教育,预防肺部感染和压疮的发生。
It reports the nursing care of an intestinal fistula patient receiving ＂fast treatment＂ after Wenchuan earthquake. The nursing points included the nursing care of raw surface after opening abdomen,the management of abdominal ditube drainage,the combination of early total parenteral nutrition with somatostatin,the treatment of enteral nutrition and growth hor- mone after infection control, and the enhancement of psychological support and health education.
