摘要
介绍了适合急诊科新上岗护士的培训方法:通过制订急诊科各工作区域培训计划,对我院2005年以来急诊科新上岗37名护士实施分区域、分阶段、循序渐进培训,逐项考核。此方法有效地调动了新护士学习的自觉性和全面达标的竞争性;急诊科新上岗护士的实际工作能力及急诊科护理人员的整体素质显著提高;医生对急诊护理工作的满意度增加,有利于抢救工作的顺利进行;同时减轻了急诊新上岗护士的工作压力,有利于护士队伍的稳定和急诊专科护士的培养和发展;是急诊新上岗护士培训的有效途径。
To introduce the adequate training methods for the new nurses in emergency department. After making up the training plan on the different working sections of emergency department,37 new nurses were trained since 2005 according to the different working sections and stage ,and then were tested systematically. We found it could effectively mobilize the nurses' consciousness of learning and competition of achieving criterion,and enhance the actual work ability of the new nurses and the overall quality of all the nurses. Our training could improve the satisfaction degree of the doctors toward clinical nursing. Besides ,it could reduce the work pressure of the new emergency nurses ,and it is propitious to the stabilization of the nursing and relative training.
