基于合作关系的地区文化差异分析——从公共管理的研究视角

Geo-cultural Diversity Analysis Based on Cooperation Relationship:in the Viewpoint of Public Management Research

文化是公共管理研究的基本要素。国内关于文化与公共管理关系的研究缺乏对各地文化差异的解释力。公共管理是人类相互合作的具体表现。基于自下至上的分析途径,我们提出了一个在公共管理视野下的基于合作关系的分析框架,并对中国地方文化模式进行了初步分析。

Culture is a basic dimension of the research of public management. Domestic study of the relation between culture and public management cannot explain the geo - cultural diversity. Public management is built on cooperation. From the bottom - up view, we design an analytical approach based on cooperation relationship in the background of public management, which is utilized to analyze Chinese geo -cultural mode.
