文化信息资源共享工程是一项社会主义文化建设标志性工程。它对于保持社会稳定、保障社会公平、构建和谐社会,保障基层人民群众的文化权益,有着重要的作用。以濮阳市为例分析了目前文化信息资源共享工程建设与实践的现状、存在的问题与不足,在此基础上提出了切实可行的解决办法与措施。

Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project is such a symbolic socialist cultural construction that plays an impor- tant role in stabilizing and securing a harmonic society, guaranteeing cultural rights of the mass. Based on the analysis of the construction of Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project in Puyang, the paper focused on disclosing the problems and discussing their countermeasures.
