富硒水稻的研究意义与进展

Research Progress of Selenium-enriched Rice

富硒功能水稻具有富硒、优质、保健、防病、安全等特点,从硒与人体健康、硒与水稻生长发育等方面概述了富硒水稻的研究意义,综述了富硒水稻在栽培、育种、遗传等方面的研究现状及存在的问题,提出了富硒稻进一步研究的方向。

Selenium-enriched rice is a kind of functional rice characterized with high content of selenium, high quality, health care, illness prevention and safety. The research significance of selenium-enriched rice was set forth from the aspects of the effects of selenium on human health and rice growth and development. The research progres- ses in cultivation, breeding and inheritance of selenium-enriched rice were reviewed. Meanwhile, the research orientation of further studies on selenium-enriched rice were proposed.
