针对乡镇图书馆存在的脱离现实、名存实亡的现状,分析乡镇图书馆所能给"三农"带来的现实作用,提出从现实出发来办实在乡镇图书馆,让它真正发挥出应有的功能,真正服务"三农"。

This paper has Analyzed the practical roles the township library plays in serving for Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant, in the light of the present situation of villages and towns＇ library, breaking away from the reality and the state of its existence in name only, and points out that establishing the township library should be in accordance with the reality, should bring its practical function into full play and serve for Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant.
