地方文献具有很强的使用价值和保存价值,对于社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设起着不可忽视的作用。为更好地保存好这些珍贵的文献资料,我们一方面须认真做好地方文献的征集工作,另一方面须做好地方文献的保管、开放与利用等工作,以便更好地为社会主义文化建设服务。

Local documents have very strong use value and preservation value and play very important role in socialist civiliza- tion and spiritual civilization construction. In order to better preserve these precious materials, we should on one hand do a better job in local document collection work, and on the other hand, we should do a good job in the preservation, open and use of local documents so as to serve better socialist culture construction.
