军品定价一直是我国军品采购关注的热点和难点问题。现行军品定价模式在定价政策、成本核算与控制上均显现了诸多方面的弊端,严重制约军品采购效益的提高和国防科技工业的科学发展,迫切需要在重构军品价格规制机构、制定系统的军品定价方法、构建配套的军品价格治理机制等方面寻求新的出路。

Military products pricing is a hotspot and difficulty problem all through the military products procurement. There are some predicaments in the currently pricing mode, such as the policy of pricing, cost calculate and control. Now, these predicaments have become a graveness bottleneck to promotion of benefit of military products procurement and scientific development of national industry. So we must seek a way to conquer these predicaments. After study, the predicaments prospects are anew construct the in- stitution of military products regulation, constitute the system pricing measure of the military products, design integrated mechanism, etc.
