Study of the Paradigm Change's Economic Growth——From the Paradigm of Energy Economy to the Paradigm of Industrial Eco-economy

在我国的经济发展中,环境问题已经让我们付出了沉重的代价,世人已经逐渐意识到自然环境的重要性,并对生态损害的影响越来越敏感。人们正在改变消费模式,把环境责任和食品安全纳入到市场决策之中。政府从地方和国家层面对环境问题做出反应,通过立法和建立污染监测网络保护生态环境。企业也将环境列为优先考虑的问题。政府和企业必须通过改变传统的经济增长范式,建立以工业生态经济为主导的经济增长范式,才能实现可持续发展,实现资源分配的代际公平。

Environmental problems are not new. in the future economic development, environmental issues will play an increasingly important role in business decision-making and planning of enterprises. China＇s economic development has already paid a heavy price, and people has been gradually aware of the importance of the nature and are increasingly sensitive to ecological damage. People are changing consumption patterns, taking food safety and environmental responsibility into the market decision-making. Gov- ernment respond to environmental issues from the local and national levels, through legislation and the es- tablishment of pollution monitoring network to protect of the ecological environment. Enterprises should also give priority consideration to environmental issues. Government and enterprises must make such a reaction by changing the traditional paradigm of economic growth, through the establishment of an industrial coo-economy oriented economic growth paradigm, to achieve sustainable development and to realize resource allocation of inter-generational equity.
