摘要
组织间信任是影响战略联盟建立和有效运作的重要因素,如何与联盟合作伙伴建立信任关系已经受到企业界的普遍关注。本文回顾了组织间信任理论研究兴起的历史背景,归纳总结了组织间信任的内涵,重点对组织间信任与联盟绩效的关系、建立组织间信任的途径等层面的研究进展进行了评析,并对组织间信任理论的未来研究方向给出了简要说明。
Interfirm trust has been paid great attention by managers for its important role played in formulating and operating strategic alliances. The historical context related to the emerging of the theory of interfirm trust is discussed, the concept of interfirm trust is summarized, the relationship between interfirm trust and strategic alliances' performance is talked deeply, and the effective paths for shaping interfirm trust are reviewed. Furthermore, the trends of research on interfirm trust are explored.
