摘要 1 Monobloc牵引成骨术应用概况颅面成骨发育不全是由颅骨、颅底及中面部多条骨缝过早闭合而引起的颅面部发育畸形，包括Crouzon、Apert、Pfeiffer和Carpenter等综合征，其中以Crouzon和Apert综合征最为常见。1978年，Ortiz—Monasterio应用额面部整块前移手术对Crouzon综合征畸形进行了矫正，获得了良好的治疗效果，但也伴随着严重的并发症，
