摘要
制备了聚L-苯丙氨酸/铁氰根修饰电极,研究了Vc在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种测定Vc的新方法。该方法简便准确,检测下限可达2.4×10-7mol/L,在4.0×10-7~2.0×10-2mol/L的浓度范围内,峰电流与Vc的浓度呈良好的线性关系。该电极用于测定Vc片中Vc的含量,结果令人满意。
A new chemically modified glass carbon electrode has been prepared by using polymeric L-phenylalanine/Fe(CN)6^3- as modifier. The electrochemical behaviors of Vc on the modified electrode have been studied. A new approach is developed for sensitive and accurate determination of Vc by the modifeid electrode. The peak of Ve on polymeric L-phenylalanine / Fe(CN)6^3-/GC is proportional to concentration of Vc between 4.0×10^-7 - 2.0×10^-2 mol/L and the detection limit is 2.4×10^-7 mol/L. The result was perfect when the modified electrode was used to measure Vc in vitamin C tablet.
