神经肌电图对腕管综合征的诊断价值

Values of Nerve Electromyographic in the Diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

目的探讨神经肌电图对腕管综合征的诊断价值。方法对69例78侧腕管综合征的神经肌电图进行分析。结果69例78侧腕管综合征的拇短展肌针极肌电图表现为纤颤电位和(或)正相波的48侧,轻收缩时限延长和(或)波幅增高54侧,大力收缩时单纯相15侧、混合相45侧。正中神经的神经电图表现为末端潜伏期延长63侧,指Ⅲ至碗感觉传导速度减慢或者引不出72侧。对6侧正中神经感觉传导速度正常者,进行刺激环指,比较相同距离正中神经与尺神经的潜伏期之差值,有5侧大于0.4ms。结论不同神经支配的相应肌肉及正中神经支配的腕部远近端肌肉的肌电图检查,同侧正中、尺、桡神经传导对比的神经电图检查,对腕管综合征的诊断具有重要价值。刺激环指比较相同距离正中神经与尺神经潜伏期之差值,是腕管综合征早期诊断的敏感指标。

Objective To explore the value of nerve electromyographic in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. Conclusion Different innervation corresponding muscle and median nerve control wrist department far near-end muscle electromyography inspection. With the side center,the ruler, the nervus radialis conduction contrast electroneureography inspection,hare the important value to carpal tunnel syndrome diagnosis. Central to stimulate the same as the distance means the median nerve and ulnar nerve latency of the margin, carpal tunnel syndrome is a sensitive indicator of early diagnosis.
