摘要
目的观察针灸结合康复护理治疗对类风湿性关节炎患者的疗效。方法对照组予针灸治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用康复综合护理,观察治疗前后的临床疗效与安全性。结果治疗组治疗前后的症状、体征、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后各项指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组临床疗效都比较高,但对照组不及治疗组(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合康复护理治疗安全有效,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of acupuncture mixed with nursing for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Review analyzed 56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and they were divided into treatment and control groups. Results After therapy,The level of ESR, CRP between two group were quite different（P〈 0.01）. The total effectiveness of treatment group were obviously higher than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture mixed with nursing for rheumatoid arthritis is safe and effective.
