气管异物132例临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of 132 Cases of Foreign Bodies in the Trachea

目的探讨气管异物的临床特点、好发年龄、部位及操作注意事项。方法回顾性分析2002年1月～2008年4月我科比较完整132例气管异物患者的病例资料。结果120例取出,6例无异物,3例咳出,3例死亡。结论气管异物好发于小儿哭闹时,手术操作必须迅速、细致、准确。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,ages of frequent occurance,positions of occurance and some cautions in operation. Methods The complete cases information of 132 cases of foreign body in from January 2002 to April 2008 were analysized retrospectivly. Results 120 cases were taken out,6 cases had foreign bodies,3 cases were coughed up and 3 cases died. Conclusion Foreign bodies in the trachea often occur when children make a tearful scene, so operation must be performed rapidly,carefully and precisely.
