HPLC法测定健脑灵片中芍药苷的含量

Determination of peoniflorin in Jiannaoling Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立健脑灵片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为ODS-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为25℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.368～1.840μg时线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.62%。结论:本文建立的HPLC法可作为健脑灵片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a method for determining peoniflorin in Jiannaoling Tablets. Methods： The ODS-C18 column（4.6 minx250 ram, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution（14：86） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 230 nm, the column temperature was 25°C. Results： The linear range of peoniflorin amount was 0.368-1.840 μg（r=0.999 2）, the average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 1.62%. Con-clusion： The method is simple, fast and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Jiannaoling Tablets.
