摘要
目的:改进HPLC测定白芍中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用大连依利特柱C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分离白芍中的芍药苷,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流速为1ml/min,检测波长为230nm;并对粉碎度和浸泡时间进行考察。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.24~1.20μg范围内时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.31%,RSD为0.96%;改进了白芍中芍药苷的含量测定方法。结论:白芍含量测定的影响因素为粉碎度和浸泡时间。
Objective: To improve the method for determining paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae A lba. Methods: The column of Dalian Yilite C18(250 mm-4.6 mm, 5μm)was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(14:86) at the flow rate of 1 ml/min, the detective wavelength was 230 nm. Results: This method had good linearity in the range of 0,24-1.20 μg(r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 98.31% with RSD of 0.96%. The method for determining paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was improved. Conclusion: The influential factors of determination is the degree of comminution and the time of marination.
