摘要
目的:探索L-抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯的最佳合成条件。方法:通过对反应温度、反应时间、反应物比率等进行考察,得出最佳合成条件。结果:最佳反应条件为L-抗坏血酸∶硬脂酸甲酯为1∶1.3(摩尔比),催化剂浓硫酸∶L-抗坏血酸+硬脂酸甲酯为1∶0.10(摩尔比),反应温度为24℃,反应时间为24h。在此条件下可获得总产率为77%的L-抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯。结论:考察了以硬脂酸甲酯和L-抗坏血酸为原料,通过酯交换法合成L-抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯的最佳条件。
Objective: With the raw material of L-ascorbic acid and methyl stearate, the synthesis of L-ascorbyl stearate was studied by transesterification. Methods: The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of reactant and amount of concentrated sulfuric acid on the transesterification were investigated. Results: The experiment results showed that 77% yield could be obtained when the molar ratio of L-ascorbic acid to methyl stearate was 1:1.3, reaction time was 24 h, reaction temperature was 24°C and molar ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to L-ascorbic acid and methyl stearate was 1:0.10. The infrared spectrum andantioxidant effect of the product was also studied. Conclusion:L-ascorbyl stearate was synthesized by the transesterification of L-ascorbic acid with methyl stearate using concentrated sulfuric acid as solvent and catalyst.
