应用PCR技术诊断乙型肝炎母婴垂直传播的研究

STUDY OF APPLICATION OF PCR TECHNIQUE TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF VERTICAL TRANSMISSION OF HBV

目的了解本地区乙型肝炎（ＨＢＶ）母婴传播的现状，评价ＰＣＲ技术的应用价值。方法用ＰＣＲ技术对１５６例孕妇及１１２例新生儿进行了ＨＢＶ检测。结果孕妇ＨＢＶ感染率为１０．２６％，孕妇ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性者，其新生儿ＨＢＶ感染率为５６．２５％。结论本地区新生儿ＨＢＶ感染率明显高于国内报道。ＰＣＲ技术用于诊断ＨＢＶ感染简便、快捷、可靠。

Objective To study the situation of vertical transmission of HBV in this area and to evaluate the PCR technique for diagnosing it. Methods PCR technique was used to examine the serum for HBV from 156 pregnant women and 114 newborns respectively. Results The rate of HBV infection was 10.6% in pregnant women and 56.25% in newborns whose mothers were with HBsAg. Conclusion The rate of HBV infection in newborns in this area is much higher. Using PCR technique to diagnose HBV infection is simple, quick and reliable.
