改良腹膜透析治疗儿童急性肾功能衰竭的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of modified Peritoneal Dialysis for Acute Renal Failure in Children

目的探讨儿童急性肾功能衰竭（acute renal failure，ARF）透析疗法的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2008年12月我院采用改良腹膜透析（reform perito neal dialysis，）或腹膜透析（perito neal dialysis）的急性。肾功能衰竭患儿的临床资料，分析比较RPD和PD的临床效果。结果改良腹膜透析（治疗组）与腹膜透析（对照组）比较，其治愈率明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论RPD为抢救儿童ARF的又一治疗新手段，腹膜透析置管方法简便，减轻了手术创伤及患者的经济负担，小号硅胶异尿管替代腹膜透析管为急性贤功能衰竭的儿童行腹膜透析治疗，疗效可靠，治愈率高，减少并发症，值得基层医院大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of dialysis therapy for children with acute renal failure （ARF） and compare the effects between the modified peritoneal dialysis （MPD） and peritoneal dialysis （PD）. Methods The clinical data of MPD and PD for ARF from January 2007 to December 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. We used small numerus silicone tubes instead of peritoneal dialysis catheter by making a gill-side hole and disinfection by venae profundae catheter device. PD fluid flowed in and out the abdominal cavity through two different pathways. Results Comparing RPD （treatment group） to peritoneal dialysis （control group）, the dialyzed effects markedly improved, and there was a statistically significance difference between the MPD group and PD group（P〈0. 05）. Concluation MPD is a new economical and simple treatment to cure child with ARF. it is worth to developing in grass-roots hospital.
