摘要
通过采取还原糖法对生防木霉菌真菌2号和真菌4号菌株在不同发酵时间产几丁质酶活性进行测定,并对几丁质酶特性进行初步研究。试验结果表明,同一菌株在不同发酵时间几丁质酶活性大小变化的趋势大致相同,真菌4号在培养145 h几丁质酶活性达到最大,真菌2号在培养170 h几丁质酶活性达到最大。在相同发酵时间,真菌4号菌株的几丁质酶活性比真菌2号菌株的几丁质酶活性要高。
By adopting the direct-viewing and accurate method of reverting sugar, chintinase activity determination of the biocontrol strains of Triehoderma spp. NO. 2 and NO. 4 strains at various fermentation time was carried out. The result indicated that the chan- ging tendency of chintinase activity of the identical strain was approximately same at the different fermentation time. The chintinase activity of fungal strain NO. 4 was highest after 145 hours. The chintinase activity of fungal strain NO. 2 was highest after 170 hours. At same fermentation time,the chintinase activity of the strain NO. 2 was higher than that of the strain NO. 4.
