Analysis on Development of Private Forest

在建设社会主义新农村的背景下,私有林的发展迎来了一个非常好的机遇。本文以南方十省(区)调查为基础,指出私有林发展存在的问题,通过我国对未来五年木材需求预测等方面分析了发展私有林的条件,最后提出了私有林发展的政策建议。

Base on looking into the ten southern provinces in China, point out the problem existed in the development of private forest assay the condition of developing private forest through forecast the next five years the demand of wood and so on. Finally I put for- ward some policy suggestion to the development of private forest.
