摘要
通过溶液接枝聚合法把苯乙烯接枝到碱处理过的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜上,氯甲基化后制备了三甲胺型离子交换膜,研究发现碱处理过的PVDF膜容易与苯乙烯发生接枝聚合反应,且接枝率与碱处理时间呈线性变化关系。FTIR红外光谱图表明,处理后的PVDF膜表面有碳碳双键等基团生成;用SEM对膜表面的微观形貌进行观察,发现碱处理前后膜的结构变化不大,仅是表面变粗糙。
A new method based on a solution graft technique was used to prepare poly (vinylidene fluoride) grafted polystyrene membrane, after chloromethylation prepared trimethylamine type exchange membrane. Polystyrene is easily grafted into PVDF, which has been treated in KOH solution. There is a linear relationship between the degree of grafting and the treatment time in KOH solution. The PVDF and modified membranes were carried out by Fourier transform adsorption spectrum (FTIR) to determine the composition of the membranes. Furthermore, the morphology of the membranes were determined by Scanning electron microscope ( SEM), the results showed that the structure of the membranes were not changed too much.
