摘要 近年来,由于DNA技术的发展,从基因等分子水平对植物抗逆性的研究已取得一定进展。本文对在植物受不同逆境胁迫(干旱、低温、盐渍、重金属、氧化、渗透胁迫)下的分子机制及植物抗逆性基因工程研究的进展进行综述。 The studies in plant resistant have carried out in different levels, such as the individual plant itself and the cell. Recently, with the roost and development of the DNA technology, more and more attentions are focused on the gene of plant resistant. The article is like to summarize the study of molecular mechnism in different abiotic stress( drought,low temperature, salinity, heavy metal toxicity, oxidative stress, and osmotic stress, etc) and the gene engineering of the genes related to the stress tolerance.
