摘要
分析了三种忍冬属植物花粉活力及不同贮藏温度对花粉活力的影响,结果表明:三种忍冬属植物花粉活力存在极显著差别,其中鞑靼忍冬的生活力和耐贮力最强;低温有效地延长了花粉活力的保持时间;忍冬属植物花粉最适萌发培养基成分为10%蔗糖+1%琼脂。
The pollen viability and storage temperature of three Lonieera were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the pollen viability of three Lonicera was significantly different, and it is Lonicera tatarica Linn. that the ability of being hoarded is the best. The optimum culture solution of Lonicera pullulating is 10% sucrose ＋ 1% agar,The pollen viabilities of three Lonicera could be kept for a long time at 4℃.
