摘要
建立GC/FPD/固相萃取反相净化测定水产品中甲胺磷残留量的分析方法。样品经乙腈均质提取,硅胶柱反相净化,GC/FPD进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。甲胺磷的峰面积与其浓度有着良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9990,最低检测限为0.01mg/kg(S/N≥10),样品回收率为61.4%-87.0%,RSD为6.77%-8.34%。该方法操作简便快速、重现性好、净化效果好且成本低,并可以达到日本肯定列表对甲胺磷的检测低限,满足输日水产品出口的要求。
Established an analytical method for the determination of methamidophos pesticide residues in aquatic products. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by LC - Si SPE, detected by GC/FPD, qualitative analysis by the rentention times and quantitation by external standard. The methamidophos showed good linearity in a detected concentration range with good correlation coefficient( r = 0. 9990 ), the limit of detection was 0. 01 mg/kg ( S/N ≥ 10 ), the recoveries were generally 61.4% -87.0% with RSD 6. 77% -8. 34%. The method is effective, fast, accurate, low cost and could reach the limit of postive list system.
