摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法对黑芝麻中芝麻素进行了含量测定，测得３批黑芝麻中芝麻素的含量分别为０．２０８１％、０．１８１８％、０．２１２５％，加样回收率为９８．８４％，ＲＳＤ为１．１８４％。
A dual-wavelength TLC scanning was used to determine the content of sesamin in black sesame seeds. The contents of sesamin in three batches of black sesame seeds were 0.2081%, 0.1818% and 0.2125%. The average recovery was 98.84% and the relative standard deviations was 1.184%.
