骨髓增生异常／骨髓增殖性疾病实验室诊断分析 被引量：3

摘要 骨髓增生异常／骨髓增殖性疾病（myelodysplastic／myeloproliferative disease，MD／MPD）为克隆性疾病，其临床及血液学表现既有骨髓增生异常综合征（myelodysplastic syndrome，MDS）的病态造血现象，又有慢性骨髓增殖性疾病（chronic myelopmliferave disease，CMPD）的特点。WHO将其归入MD／MPD中，包括慢性粒一单核细胞白血病（chronic myelomonocytic leukemia，CMML），不典型慢性粒细胞白血病（atypical chronic myeloid leukemia，aCML），幼年型粒一单核细胞白血病（jevenile myelomonocytic leukemia，JMML），
