摘要 以冰醋酸和无水乙醇为原料,氯化锌为催化剂,采用微波加热法合成乙酸乙酯.探讨了酸醇比、催化剂用量、微波功率和辐射时间对合成乙酸乙酯产率的影响.得出最佳的反应条件为酸醇摩尔比2∶1、催化剂质量百分数1.5%、辐射时间6min和微波功率400W,合成乙酸乙酯的产率为78.36%. By taking the glacial acetic acid and the absolute ethyl alcohol as raw materials, this paper synthesized ethyl acetate by adopting microwane heating method and used zinc chloride as catalyst. The effects of the ratio of acid and alcohol, the comount use of catalyst, the power of microwave and the time radiation on the production of ethyl acetate were discussed in the paper. The optimized reaction conditions were two to 1 ratio for the mole ratio of acid and alcohol, 1. 5 mass percent for the catalyst, six minutes for the radiation and four hundred watt for microwave. Under the above conditions, the production of the ethyl acetate was 78.36 percent.
