摘要
分析了配电网停电原因与分类,设计出停电工作流程,详细阐述利用GIS技术设计配电网停电子系统的实现过程.该系统综合应用实时信息使停电信息报告更准确,供电恢复更快,从而减少了停电带来的损失和影响,可实现对配电网的高度自动化管理.
After a review of the causes and classification of distribution network outage, the paper devises the working process of outage. Employing the GIS technology, the paper elaborates on the process of devising and managing the subsystem for distribution network outage. Through integrating and applying real-time information, the subsystem makes possible quicker service restoration, more accurate report of outage information, thereby reducing the huge outage losses and achieving a highly automatic management of distribution network.
